DIVIDING
DEAN'S VALLEY

Unlike the other story pages, I don’t quite have a quippy teaser for Dean’s Valley. This is currently my most experimental piece. Simple plot, but somewhat high concept execution. Translation: it's gonna be weird. I don’t want to say too much about the unusual delivery style at this time, but I am very excited to work on this soon. 

 

As for what I can say, the plot will be a “who dunnit” style story with seven primary characters. The setting is planned to take place during the colonization of nomadic lands, so I anticipate hints of “American Western” media. Dean’s Valley will not be an American Western in tone, theme, or plot -- with intentional effort and resources put into avoiding tropes and pitfalls of the genre. This story will lean more fantasy, as much of my work does, and I believe the anticipated delivery method will work with that goal. 

 

This one will be a bit tricky to write, but I’m so excited for the challenge!
